Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Sale, discounted, or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Request a Return/Exchange

Email us at support@shopethnichic.com with your order ID and reason for return/exchange.

Our team will guide you with the next steps and shipping details.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund (as per eligibility).
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We offer size or product exchanges (subject to availability).

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll make it right at no extra cost.
